Our Network

Our model is unprecedented in its scope and approach as it aims to support people of color and women to enter, stay, and develop within the environment and conservation field. The model leverages network weavers in every region to provide the right support to individuals in our hub, and librarians to facilitate knowledge sharing in a unique way that is both authentic and useful.

Join the Root to Flourish Collective

R2FC is building a long-term, movement-oriented model to ensure lasting diversity in the field, rooted in mentorship, systems change, and community. We believe that supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) leaders means not just opening doors, but building the infrastructure supports them throughout every stage of their career.

The form below is your invitation to join a national network of individuals, programs, and organizations committed to that vision. Whether you’re a former applicant, mentor, program leader, or simply aligned with our mission – you are welcome here.

As this network comes to life, your insight and presence will help shape its future. By signing up, you’ll receive occasional updates and opportunities to connect, contribute, and co-create this values-driven ecosystem.
